Data controller
TAC DIGITAL, 31 avenue de Ségur, 75007 Paris, France, operates Fabrup. For personal data enquiries, contact contact@fabrup.com.
Preparing and submitting your project
The “Send my enquiry” button submits the form fields to our server, which emails them to TAC DIGITAL through Resend. Confirmation appears after the email service accepts the submission. You can download a copy of your brief. No account or marketing subscription is created.
If you contact us, we process your name, company, contact details and the project information you provide to respond and review your enquiry. Required fields help us understand and handle this initial contact. Please do not send sensitive personal data, manufacturing secrets or confidential drawings in your first message.
Purposes, recipients and retention
Quotation enquiries are processed to take the pre-contractual steps you request or, for company representatives, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Information is accessible to authorised TAC DIGITAL staff and the technical providers needed for email handling: Vercel for the form, Resend for transmission and Google for the inbox. We do not forward your brief to a factory at the initial enquiry stage.
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than three years after your last contact. If an assignment follows, contract information and documents subject to retention obligations are kept for the applicable periods. You may request earlier deletion, subject to those obligations.
Hosting and site measurement
Vercel hosts the website and Cloudflare manages the domain, DNS and email routing. These providers may process technical connection data for operation and security. Some processing may take place outside the European Union under their terms and transfer safeguards: Resend, Google, Vercel and Cloudflare.
If you submit an enquiry through a resource page link, its identifier is included in the enquiry to help us understand which content led to the conversation. No browsing history is collected. The website does not install advertising or analytics cookies and has no tracking pixel. Search Console provides Google search visibility statistics without adding a tracker to the site.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and, depending on the applicable legal basis, exercise your right to object or data portability by emailing contact@fabrup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
