We coordinate sample requests and track versions. Differences are documented and corrections sent to the factory. You approve a reference sample and acceptance criteria before committing to production.

Can you help with an existing product?
Yes. We can compare your supplier, look for a second source or follow a new order. The product, its specifications and a reference sample provide the basis for comparison.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
We support brands selling through their own websites, marketplaces or retail. E-commerce experience helps us account for packaging, transport constraints and customer expectations.
Are you present in China?
Jérémy has worked with China for ten years and regularly spends time there. Travel and factory visits are organised according to the agreed project scope.
What budget and timeline should I expect?
A first assignment can cover one product family: manufacturer research, supplier comparison or sample coordination. Scope, fees and timing are quoted before you commit. Manufacturing, transport, testing and inspection costs are listed separately.
Do I need drawings or a prototype?
An existing product, a brief, a drawing or a prototype can be a starting point. If technical design is needed, we define the work and specialists required before contacting manufacturers.
Who handles testing and compliance?
Requirements depend on the product and its target market. The scope may include coordinating specialists, laboratories and documentation. Responsibilities and scope are agreed before work starts.
